Repeal the law that was passed in 2021 that requires the state of Nevada to automatically mail a ballot to all registered voters in the state of Nevada, regardless of whether they want a ballot or not. This costs the state $12 million of taxpayer money and has not increased voter participations.

In a rare move, Gov. Joe Lombardo testified before state lawmakers on Thursday in support of his bill revising a contentious 2019 restorative justice law that school districts and others have said ultimately limited teachers’ ability to deal with disruptive or violent students.
